July Yoga Camp
Yoga Camp: weekend 16-17 July
We invite you to celebrate summer with Yoga and Meditation at Folkstone Camping Site in Kent, just nearby Dover.
Entry (Friday 6.30 pm through Sunday 6 pm) is £115 per person and £50 for under 18s.
Qigong Level I, 18/26 June
Enhance your energy and develop perfect health with the Chinese art and science of Qigong. Conducted in Russian by Tatiana Kastalskaya, Zhong-Yuan Qigong teacher. It’s a 15 hour course and certificates are provided.
White Lotus Festival, 18/19 June
Try new yoga, meet exciting people and pick your perfect practice! All levels are welcome. The event is donation-based.
