Class Details

Hatha Yoga, the Yoga of Balance, works mainly through Asana (posture) and Pranayama (breath work). Regular practice of Asanas improves body posture, improves flexibility and tones up all body muscles. It also makes one's nervous system stable yet flexible and produces calm and happy mood throughout the day. At the same time the practice of Pranayama boosts one's energy levels, improves concentration and relaxation.

  • Hatha Yoga Beginners is a balancing set of Vyayamas and Asanas, along with a simple pranayama. The class is taught in Shivananda and Iyengar traditions, strongly balances all body systems and is perfect for beginners (0 - 2 years of regular practice).
  • Hatha Yoga Intermediate is a stronger class for those who want to take their yoga practice further or those in need of a more challenging and dynamic class. Works perfectly for excess weight loss, tones muscles and strengthens all body systems. Too intense for complete beginners. However, Enthusiastic Beginners to Upper Intermediate levels are welcome (6 months - 4 years of regular practice).

All classes are scheduled in compliance with the hectic city lifestyle, as well as with the Ancient traditions. Classes balance the fitness and relaxation to the body, focus and rest to the mind. And one thing to remember: at some point it may become unimportant what practice you do and where you do it, but it is crucial that the practice is regular.
